FORMATTING YOUR AUTO RESPONSE
If you would like your auto response to be formatted into lines, instead of one continuous line, ensure you have the HTML Message check box clicked, and at the end of each line, put a
to force a line break .

Example:
Hi there

Thank you for your message.
I am currently away at present and will reply to your message on my return.

Regards
