Setting up your email on your Computer

Incoming POP3 Mail Server
mail.YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME.co.nz
i.e. if your domain is thecompany.co.nz, you would enter mail.thecompany.co.nz

Outgoing SMTP Mail Server
You have two options here:

1. Use your ISP's SMTP Server (Recommended). 
   Review the article - "ISP SMTP Address List" for a list of the common address in NZ.
2. Use the web servers SMTP Server. 
   mail.YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME.co.nz  
   IMPORTANT - You'll need to alter the SMTP Port to 26

Note: You will be required to enter outgoing server (SMTP) authentication whatever option you use.

Username and Passwords
Your account name for incoming mail will be your full email address - joe@thecompany.co.nz and the password as per what has been set on your account.
