Adding a Main Category

Click on the link called Categories on the top menu
Add the category name
The display order allows you to control what order the categories will display in (optional). If no order is entered, the categories will display alphabetically
Click Add

Modifying a Category

Adding or Modifying Sub Categories (from version 4)

Click on the link called Categories on the top menu
Find the Main Category you would like sub categories to be entered under, and click the 'Sub Categories' button
Follow the rest of the procedures above.
