Writing and preparing content for the web requires a unique approach. You have limited time to grab the readers attention to get the results you require.

We've listed a few tips below that will help you be successful in getting the right message across.

• Use short sentences, words and paragraphs (remember less is more)
• Put the most important point or a summary at the top of the page
• Use meaningful headings, to break up the content on your pages
• Limit one idea per paragraph
• Highlight keywords in your paragraphs by bolding or even increasing the font-size of keywords - but be very careful you don't over do it
• Bullet pointed lists are a great way to highlight key information
• Choose your words carefully - simple words that everybody understands are best
• Build credibility with solid statements about your products, services or company - people will read through any overly exaggerated claims
