Adding, updating, or deleting a Photo in your Gallery

NOTE: Only available if you have purchased the Photo Gallery Module.

Adding a new Photo:

  • Login to your Website Administration System
  • Click on Galleries
  • Select the gallery you would like to add the photo to
  • Photo Caption: At the bottom, add an Image Caption
  • Photo Active: Select whether you would like the photo to display or not
  • Click Add
  • Once the Photo Caption is loaded, Click on Image Upload
  • Select the orientation of the photo
  • Browse to your computer and select the photo you would like to upload
  • Click on Upload/Resize Image
  • If the process was successful, you will see both the generated thumbnail and the enlarged image
  • Click on Return to the previous window

Updating a Photo:

  • Login to your Website Administration System
  • Click on Galleries
  • Select the gallery you would like to update the photo in
  • Updating the photo details:
    • Photo Caption: If desired, update the caption
    • Current Gallery: If desired, update the gallery the photo will display in
    • Photo Active: Turns the photo on and off
    • Click save if you have updated any of the above 
  • Updating the Photo:
    • Click on Image upload
    • Select the orientation of the photo
    • Browse to your computer and select the photo you would like to upload
    • Click on Upload/Resize Image
    • If the process was successful, you will see both the generated thumbnail and the enlarged image
    • Click on Return to the previous window

Deleting a Photo:

  • Login to your Website Administration System
  • Click on Galleries
  • Select the gallery you would like to delete the photo from
  • Find the photo and select the delete button
  • You will get a confirmation page asking you to confirm the delete
  • Select Delete
