You'll find a 'Pay an Invoice' button at the top of the screen.

As we are all about ‘going forward’ and improving our company and our service standards, we have implemented a helpdesk system to track and manage our clients job requests and general support needs.

So we encourage you to assist us in further developing this system by using it for your support needs.

Why have we done this? The following is a list of benefits for you in using our helpdesk system:

• When you have a job or issue that needs to be addressed, you benefit from a standard way of submitting requests.
• You will be able to submit tickets as your time permits as a ticket can be submitted at anytime of the day or night.
• You will have confidence that each request or issue has been logged, as you will get a system generated acknowledgement of your ticket being received.
• You will have the benefit of staying in the communication loop via email updates about the status of your job.
• Submitting helpdesk tickets assists us in continuing to develop our online help articles.
   

At last we have managed to get our new look site online.

Many new projects from this year will be added over the coming weeks.

NOTE: The Hosting Control Panel and Webmail Logins is now located in the top right section of our website.

go WEBSITE Version 12 is now complete, and in production.

The catalogue module now includes:

• a ‘save my cart’ function
• The ability for browsers/shoppers to leave Product Reviews.

We’ve also added two new modules:

• You Tube Videos Embedding
• Polls
• and have updated the News Module.

We'll be starting on the next version very soon.

If you can receive mail from our mail servers but cannot send to them, and you are a Telecom Xtra customer, it is highly likely Telecom is filtering Port 25 (the port mail is normally sent on) to prevent you doing so.
